Born to British parents, I grew up in the UK and America, and moved to Switzerland in early adulthood. After studying a bachelor of science in psychology I pursued a career in the corporate world, equipping myself further with an MBA. My journey into parenthood triggered my longstanding passion for mental health and I began a new direction into counselling. I have had experience working with adults, young people and children, as well as working as a counsellor within a school setting. I am also a registered facilitator of the Circle of Security Parenting programme, for parents of children between the ages four months and six years old.
